Life By Design

"Discovering God’s calling for your life in this “season” and revealing a roadmap to lead you to that future."

I firmly believe two things, which I hope complement each other, rather than contradict each other:

• I believe that God has a plan for each of us that he wants us to be open and trusting enough of Him to follow.
• I believe that we need to know where we are going in order to purposefully get there.

Our goal in this series is for us to be open and seek God’s plans and to figure out what part we need to act on. So, at the end of the series each of us will have a better idea of the life we want for ourselves and some plans on how we will get there. For some of us this may mean a lot more work on things from our past, for others it may be time to step out of our comfort zone and try new things. This is the fun part. We start with a blank canvas, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, we will become artists; creating our future!

What you will get from this Course:

• Learn about God’s will through scripture, discussion, and other literature.
• Learn about ourselves through assessments, reflection, discussion and prayer.
• Explore your dreams about life, relationships, and purpose!
• Knock down barriers that have kept you from claiming your Dreams.
• Create a plan (a roadmap) that leads us to achieving our dreams and God’s Will.

I have done this with groups of 8-10 women in the past and it has been great. The course is Spirit led and very interactive.

Each week the format is:

• An inspirational talk on that day’s focus.
• Assessments or Exercises every week.
• Small group discussion to share your journey and to get feedback each week as we plan our roadmaps.

This Group is for:

• Those who want to seek God’s will for their life.
• Women who are willing to participate and share in the group experience.
• Women who are willing to do some soul searching and reflection both in and between meetings.
• Women who want to discover the life that God has always had planned for them!

If you feel like it is a couple of years away until you enter a new season in life, this course will help you be at peace with that and provide direction for a smooth transition into the next season whenever that comes! God has a plan for each and every one of us. This course will help you work towards God’s plan for you.
